  I had the misfortune of stepping into the Bedford giant eagle today, and I must say that I was not impressed. As I traveled throughout the store, I saw signs all over the walls which stated that store management demanded their employees followed certain rules, otherwise they would be terminated. These signs were very condescending, and if I was an employee of that store, I would be greatly offended. It is very inappropriate to convey demands to employees in this manner. Such rules should be made clear in an employee handbook or in private. It is quite clear that management at this store thinks very little of their employees. Perhaps they should worry less about bossing their employees around, and worry more about improving the store's dilapidated infrastructure.
